Drury Street Carpark, Competition

Competition entry prepared, on behalf of Dublin City Council, in conjunction with a team led by Moston Construction. The brief was for the redevelopment of the existing multi storey car park as a landmark development of 30,000 sqm providing retail, office space and rooftop restaurants. This marked a bold initiative by Dublin City Council to breathe life back into this quarter located very close to the main city centre retail streets. We were short listed in this competition, however Moston were forced to withdraw our entry due to funding pressure.
