Expensive interior for kitchen of the 'Blackrock Refurbishment' project by 'Dublin Design Studio'

Project Description

A sense of privacy was achieved within this prominent urban location by lifting the ground plane a storey above the external ground level. The result was a generous new public piazza and arcade facing onto Shelbourne Road. Atop this new ground level, a substantial landscaped open space was created to serve the proposed high specification apartment development. This multi- purpose proposal was prepared for an invited competition for which we were awarded second place.
