Despite complex geometry, the extension and refurbishment of this semi-detached home in Drumcondra resulted in a unique, unexpected addition: a generous living space at the rear of the property. The close collaboration with the clients and main contractor, who took pleasure in realising the shared vision, made the process enjoyable and resulted in something quite special.
